Kelly’s Kitchen – Better with Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Better with Bacon Brussels Sprouts - amazing! And they are baked! Click for recipe kellyelko.com

I love to cook (when I’m in the mood)!

Simple food.

Tasty food.

Things that doesn’t require 25 steps and never before heard of ingredients.

This may sound weird …

but I love these brussels sprouts as a snack.   They are also the perfect side dish for steak, pork or chicken.

They fill me up and doesn’t everything taste better with bacon?

No carbs, tastes great, baked with a few simple ingredients – what’s better than that?

  4. Brussel sprouts are one of my favorites and this looks really good. I love bacon but sprouts being cooked are verboten at that house when the hubs is home – can’t stand the smell. He will be gone all day on Saturday this week and so……….I will be making this recipe!

  5. We love brussel sprouts! Normally I roast them with garlic, but this looks soo good & EASY! Just Sunday, my daughter requested steak and brussel sprouts for dinner – since it’s on the menu tonight, we will be trying this new recipe. Thanks!!

  8. I’ve only had them a few times {and once once an epic fail} so I need to try this PRONTO.

  9. I love brussel sprouts with lemon, salt, and garlic. This sounds even better! Rick would love them too I’m sure. Pinning 🙂

  10. Brussel sprouts are so yummy! My family thinks I’m crazy!!! I can make brussel sprouts with bacon now and eat the whole dish and they won’t even know what they’re missing. Thanks for an awesome recipe, Kelly. YUM!

  11. I make these regularly (before I found your recipe) but I add a fair bit of lemon juice and some garlic powder and trust me, the addition of lemon and garlic make it become out of this world!! I saute everything in a frying pan instead of roasting in the oven as well.

I never imagined myself loving a vegetable so much.
