I would SO love to be chosen to participate in this online class. I’ve had a small business where I sold new, vintage and repurposed items. However, the building is now for sale and I no longer have a “store”. I do want to pursue some avenue of creativity but need guidance!! Thank you for your consideration for a free spot in this opportunity! Mary Elizabeth

I’m at a crossroad in life, trying to decide which way to travel, but find myself stalled on the side of the road. Returning to a corporate role is an option but building a creative business endeavor is something that speaks to me. I have the luxury of taking a bit of time to explore possibilities so it would be sad not to gather information and educate myself about the entrepreneur route … this class seems custom made for me and my interests 🙂 As always, thanks Kelly for this giveaway opportunity!

I currently have a few items on Etsy but would love the opportunity to learn to run a successful business on a much larger scale. Thanks for offering this give-away!

For years I have pondered the fabulous idea of owning/running my own business. I have many God-given talents and skills that I believe would be well received by a wide, targeted public.

I am at a stand-still, at the moment, as far as getting settled, so that my creative juices can flow in to my own business. Winning the E-class on Building A Creatively Made Business 2.0 could be the beginning to a fabulous, successful business endeavor. Thank you for offering this course! Talk about perfect timing. I have so many ideas for different types of business and yet I don’t know where to start. I’m a planner by nature, and like to know what I’m getting into prior to starting. I know I have so much to learn, but I’m not sure what questions I even need to ask. My husband is mind-boggling talented and I would like to market his drawings as well.
I have three three sons (high school to pre-k, one of whom is special needs) and I have to have flexibility. I currently homeschool one yet need to work- so I know I have to make a home business work. I have the desire and determination to start my home businesses, I just need the know-how.
I cannot wait until the 20th!! Thank you, ladies.

This sounds like the kick I need to get me started on my blog. I am so afraid to take the leap and Just Do It!! I follow many blogs, yours included, so I can see what others are doing. I follow forums when others ask questions I always learn something. With my etsy shop, I so want to share with others the thrill I get when I find something and I just know that someone out there will think it is cool too!.. I have had a b&m shop before. I am one who wakes up at night with ideas running through my head. I started in the 90’s (yes I was a child) with a custom gift basket business. Did well and had to either grow or stop. I was scared and stopped.. But I have always just loved the thrill of the hunt. And now my hunny bunny has the bug tooo. It is great to have someone who is by your side and understands and respects what you are trying to do. He’s the best.
So on to this event and I will soak up and learn as much as I can from this class. But winning it would be like finding a great item at the end of the day at the last estate sale you see..and it makes the whole day worth it!!
    Thanks All Barbara Ann

I did it! I opened an arts and crafts studio six months ago! I just knew that I was growing out of my home and when customers sought out my custom jewelry and I didn’t have an appropriate place to meet, I knew it was time. I have a studio, I have clients, I have teachers teaching, I have kids classes and adult classes, I have Pinterest parties and date nights. I offer jewelry, mosaic, and mixed media workshops with supplies that I salvage. Last night I had some very inspiring young business men making their new marketing logo out of a glass on glass mosaic, hanging 12 inch round glass. Very cool! This weekend we are offering 4 Mother’s Day workshops for children to come make mosaic picture frames with china and old jewelry pieces! Why do I need this course? I know nothing of running a business! My husband gently reminds me that this isn’t my hobby any more, but a business. I’m very eager to make this work, but need help with all aspects of owning a business! Thank you, Jenny

I am a licensed cosmetologist and love to do hair and makeup but also find my true passions in decorating, styling, diy, repurposing, drawing, vintage etc. I currently work full time at Starbucks as a manager and do hair and makeup on the side and I’ve been doing this for years, I really get down and feel I need to live a life full of creativity and pursuing more of my passions!!!! I am hoping with this course it will give me the skills and encouragement I need to jump in!!! It would be a dream if mine to have my own business, work from home and have a blog/ website! Please pick me and help my dreams come true!!! I feel like this is just what I need!!! It’s meant to be, because I randomly clicked on your site today and it’s the last day to enter!!!! I’m an artist in glass and pottery. I would like to learn how to expand my work on etsy and the internet. I’ve been asked by many people if my work is online and it isn’t. I don’t know how to do all the above to promote myself out of my own surroundings for which I do have a following. Glass is hard to photograph so that’s been a challenge. Keeping the books, client lists, all of that is what I would like to learn. I have followed your blogs and I’ve always admired all the hard work that goes into what you do. I’ve had many shows and the work to create that is very hard. I just need to learn all the follow through. I know I would learn a lot from you talented ladies.

When I was a young woman someone told me that to succeed don’t listen to advice from the people who failed, all they can teach you is what doesn’t work. From that point on the advice I listened too was always what worked for people, not what didn’t. So there is my reason.

I am a retired elementary principal who went back to work because I missed being around people! I have a craft booth at 2 different shows during the year and really love creating my items and visiting with the customers! Many have asked me about a website and where to purchase my items after the show. My business could be growing! I really believe I could make my business much bigger and better if I had the knowledge of how-to-do-it!! This class sounds like the perfect fit for me! I have been a creative for as long as I can remember, (and that’s a long time!). I have been making and trying to sell things almost as long. Most creatives, myself included eat, sleep and breathe colors, designs, ideas, but hardly ever breathe business plans, advertising, accounting and sales forecasts. I would love to make a living with my handcrafted goods, while passing along that information to a small art based youth groups in my community. This class sounds like the opportunity to learn and pay it forward for much greater rewards.
