March has roared in like a lion (pardon my sobs as I mentally prepare myself for more snow tomorrow) and hopefully will go out like a lamb so to console myself, I am sharing some spring decorating ideas so I can pretend it’s a balmy 75 degrees outside.
Yesterday, I shared my spring family room and today my friend Krista gathered 25 friends to share our Seasonal Simplicity Spring Decor (she had me at simple) and I’m kicking things off with my mantel. I’m linking to everyone at the end of this post so stay tuned.
I usually have swirls of dust bunnies multiplying but today, it’s all about a family of colorful bunnies hopping around vintage water jugs (also known as carboys).

I remember having a little green furry bunny bank when I was a kid so this green bunny I found at HomeGoods of course had to come home with me.
Although I’m not normally a faux flower girl, I do love these white plum blossoms.
I like covering the black hole of my fireplace in warm weather months and these snake plants (also called mother in law’s tongue) add a nice touch of spring green and they are practically impossible to kill!
It doesn’t get simpler than this!
Now if this snow would just melt, I’d be a happy girl.
