Five Quick Handmade Gifts Under $2
I’m boycotting stores this (and every) Black Friday.
Instead, I’ll be home with my girls, whipping up some quick handmade gifts like these.
For the gal that needs some serious pampering,
My homemade 3-ingredient lemon salt scrub is just the ticket to paradise.
Presentation is everything so pop it in a cute mason jar and tie a vintage spoon for scooping.
Need a hostess gift for less than $2?
My music lyric plate can be customized with a favorite poem, saying or special date.
You could even fill it with goodies and tell the hostess keep the plate.
Mom would love a candle.
Turn an ugly glass vase into a shimmering candle holder.
Know someone that like a long soak?
Homemade bath salts are simple to whip up.
And my favorite are these monogrammed drinking glasses.
They look like they came straight from the shelves of Pottery Barn.
Why stop at a handmade gift?
Make your own gift bags too – out of any paper.
Here’s to spending less money and spending more time being creative.
What are you making this year?
Check out all of my simple projects.
Think I’ll make some of those bath salts for me! Very cute and easy ideas.

Great ideas Kelly … I may have to “borrow” a few of these!!!!!
I love all these ideas. They are wonderful. Making the gift bags out of old paper is one that reminds me of my Grandpa. At Christmas he wrapped our gifts in funny papers and occasionally tin foil. He was a very practical man..lol.. Have a blessed day, You’re wonderfully inspiring.
These are fabulous! Love the idea of boycotting stores on Black Friday and focusing on handcrafted gifts! Kudos!
I like these smart ideas of handmade gifts for less than $5 or $ 2 dlls. Thanks.
