Why is Christmas so much more magical at night – with only the glow of candles, fairy lights and maybe a roaring fire, the house is all aglow and so festive.

I love sitting in front of the roaring fire and watching the fairy lights twinkle – these are my favorite remote controlled lights that you can just pop in a jar and never have to touch.
The gnome pillow reminds of a little elf.
Every year, I give my girls a special Christmas ornament – this year it was mini VW bug cars to commemorate them getting their drivers licenses.
The old pedal car was my husbands as a kid.
