Sarah of She Holds Dearly found the farm of her dreams after she gave up all hope of ever finding it.
She and her husband have been ripping out old carpet to reveal original hardwood floors, painting and renovating up a storm.
So lend a hand to help fold some laundry then step inside.
Tennis anyone?
The farm has chickens in the yard so why not have a chicken coop coffee table in the living room.
The window seat is the perfect place for a drink.
Can you believe Sarah’s eight year old son made this dollhouse.
An antique dresser becomes a one of a kind sink.
A huge mirror bounces light around the hallway.
Brass with a beautiful patina adds warmth to a white bathroom with old clawfoot tub.
What’s a farmhouse without a flock of chickens.

Love everything about this house!
It’s a beauty Polly!
She has a wonderfully warm and welcome home inside and out. Wow look at her garden.
I love her garden – and can you believe she made the wood obelisks!
Oh Kelly, you are so talented! I can tell you put so much thought and time into this. Thank you for everything! I’m so pleased our paths have crossed. Xoxo
I’m thrilled we “met” too Sarah! Enjoy that beautiful home and happy weekend
Those floors ARE gorgeous! Silly as this sounds, one of my favorite things to do is take sunshine dried fresh laundry off of the line and fold as I go. Every towel, sheet and white t-shirt or socks calls me to bury my nose into its clean fragrance.
Sarah has a lovely home. I am particularly taken with her mix of cream and white on the interiors and furniture in her home, a perfect canvas for the dark leather and wood furnishings. So comfortable!
I agree – love all the dark wood against the white! But I will pass on folding the laundry!
Well, she confirmed it for me. It’s ok to hang plates in a bathroom:) Love this home.
