Exceptionally Eclectic – Old Painted Cottage Tour
She bid on 7 houses and lost out on all of them. Luckily, the 8th house was the charm and after a major renovation, Jennifer from The Old Painted Cottage got the cottage of her (and my) dreams.
She loves white kitchens and numbers …
old ladders and drafting stools …
rusty old bar carts and industrial lighting …
stumps from the woods …
Wellies …
cotton and feathers …
chalkboards …
cloches …
and old photographs and antlers.
And she puts it all together with style.
What’s not to love?

Love her cottage! So cozy and friendly. She incorporates so many creative and beautiful ideas.
And I just got back from touring your home on her cottage of the month blog. Your home is FABULOUS!!!!! You have done an amazing job of restoring your lovely home. We lived in very old homes in the Midwest, and after touring yours it makes me want one again in a tree lined neighborhood! You are so talented and have such a great style!!

Love it all! Where can I find that cloche? Also, I live in North Carolina and I’m still looking for “cotton.” I’d love to display some branches.
