Fab Friday Finds – I Found a Coke and I Smiled
I channeled Mean Joe Green when I spotted this
vintage Coke crate
and tackled anyone in my way so I wouldn’t fumble.
Note: if you have no clue what I’m referring to, I feel very vintage right now!
Flip flop storage never had it so good.
Because isn’t everything chose préférable uttered in French?
(yes, I had to Google that)!
Want to see the rest of My Mudroom?
And if you want to follow the adventures of Flat Kelly (my mini-me that stowed away for the Haven Blog Conference), check out my Facebook page.
Here she is, drinking a Diet Coke.
Flat Kelly was PARTYING last night at the Twisted Taco. She was waving her hand around and trying to exceed the drink limit and we had to tell her…..Flat Kelly…..seriously…..this is a little embarassing 🙂
🙂 me
PS Flat Kelly is my new BFF 🙂
I crack up every time I see flat Kelly. Cute coke box.
Love your flip-flop storage solution! I realized the other day I need something like this . . . I counted 7 pairs of flip flops by the back door.
wow Kelly..that new diet is working wonders :). Love the crate….looks fabulous!
so glad that FLAT kelly is having such an awesome time!!!! so trying to catch up with reading blog posts — EEESH not enough hours in the day! for now — sunblock will have to do — can’t handle a bubble — not unless it is airconditioned! hugs…stay cool
My flip flop storage crate is just plastic ugly. Boring, boring, boring stuff that I think i left over from college. Now YOUR flip flop storage is awesome and vintage and now I’ll be hunting one down for myself …
And you already know that Flat Kelly’s escapades at Haven are seriously cracking me up. I think Flat Kelly may need to go on a world tour …
🙂

Flat Kelly is causing quite the stir in the Atlanta area. I believe she was on the news last night for drunk and disorderly! I do love the coke crate!
Ok I love the crate..as usual you Rock,,,BUT……FLAT KELLY…she is D”BOMB!!!!!! lol…I can’t wait to see all her adventures…and her new board game: Where’s Flat Kelly (yeah move over Waldo! …watch it Kelly…your flat alter ego may get enough fans to open her own fb page! LOL…big hugs to both, you always make me smile..Lizy
Mean Joe Green???? Hey mister, want my Coke???? Sure, and here is my horrible, stinky, sweaty, mud ridden jersey in return. You channeled well this week Ms. Kelly! Now can you channel me up the perfect Vintage Chandelier, that is cheap, cheap? I need/want one for my laundry room, but I don’t want to break the bank. You know I feel about my laundry. I should at least decorate it since I spend so much time in there.
By the way, in my opinion, your pals are letting Flat Kelly run a little too wild. I hope you are getting sympathy hangovers!
I remember that commercial so I guess I must be vintage too. LOL! Sounds like you are having fun along with your mini me flat Kelly.
Great find! I love vintage Coke things! And I’ve been following Flat Kelly’s escapades via Twitter and Instagram! 😉
So tres’ vintage girl! How fun for Summer. The vibrant red color and so iconic logo. Super flip storage too. Can never have enough of that. I live in mine.
Flat Kelly is getting wild! That girl better watch it… or she might get a reputation. hehehe
I totally love that coke box but it’s the FLAT KELLY I am lovin’ the most. :))
I’m jealous that flat kelly got to go and I didn’t. 🙁
I’ve seen your flat version here and there. Fun stuff! And I guess I’m feeling a bit vintage too because I know exactly what you mean!

Flat Kelly is so fun. And I’m vintage with ya; I remember those Mean Joe Green commercials so well. That Coke case was quite a score.
It’s always so fun to find vintage things!
Oh, I’ve already met Flat Kelly over at Kim’s blog – Savvy Southern Style. Such a cute idea! 🙂 Diet coke is great with a spritz of lime too!
Thanks for popping in to see me and your kind comments.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia 😉
OK, the mini me is adorable, and anything French or coke is great in my book!

Mean Joe Green…Will never forget the look on the little boy’s face….”thanks Mean Joe”…..now I AM VINTAGE!!….
Nothing goes better than flip flops and Coke!…
