My Hot Date with World Market and Favorite Finds
World Market and I have been carrying on a love affair for awhile now.
We started dating when I lived in Ohio over ten years ago.
Then we had a tearful breakup when I moved back to NJ.
We happily reunited when World Market opened in NJ – then NY – and now PA!
I grew up in PA so when I heard they were opening a store in Montgomeryville, PA, I jumped at the chance to meet up with some friends and shop til we dropped.
Here are my World Market favorite finds …
I LOVE this canvas photo art by Judith Gigliotti and hung it in my currently in the process of being redecorated daughters room.
It’s a photo on canvas with painted brush strokes to give it a 3d effect.
Going glam in my girls rooms with these fun faux agate trays (my other daughter got a blue one).
Even Grumpy Cat likes these Sweet Dreams pillow cases.
I didn’t forget about myself! This woven lidded basket is perfect for storing extra throws and pillows.
They had me at Cabernet Sauvignon.
I can’t resist anything wine related and these wine bottle candles come in other scents like Chardonnay, Champagne and Merlot and I love the texture of this nautical hemp doorstop.
It was such a fun grand opening and I caught up with some gals I haven’t seen in awhile. I always love shopping the Market Place and my girls always request Bon Bon candies and chocolate covered sunflower seeds.
So not only are World Market and I rekindling our relationship …
but now I have a World Market in every port so we will never have to be apart again.
Here are some other fun finds I’m loving (scroll through and click photos to shop from the comfort of your own home).
I’m thrilled to work with World Market and end our long distance relationship. Thanks for supporting the brands that make this blog possible.
oooh i have been looking for fun pillowcases for my bedroom! will check those out!
Aren’t they the cutest Cassie! I can see them in your bedroom!
I have seen some items in your lovely photos that I also own. I was surprised to see the rose patterned plates made into a jewelry/catch all stand. I remember getting those dishes 49 years ago as a special purchase with groceries from Kroger’s. I have more expensive good china, but everyone thinks the Regency Rose dishes are my wedding china. #thanksforbringingbackoldmemories.
How fun Lark! I made that plate stand for my daughter to hold her trinkets! I found the plates at the thrift store – didn’t know the background behind them. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your china!
Well, since it was a date, it is a good thing that World Market has a great selection of food and drink…love all of your great things from WM!!
Where did you get that adorable white (faux?) sheepskin throw in the pillowcase picture? I absolutely love it and have been looking for one exactly like that! Please keep me posted! 🙂
Thanks so much,
Sydney
