My Three Very Vintage Ornament Christmas Trees
To know me is to know I have a HUGE collection of vintage Shiny Brite ornaments that I’ve amassed over the decades. My favorites are the intricately detailed ornaments with hand painted Santas, reindeer, snowmen, angels and more. But I also love the plain vintage ornaments with their beautiful patina. This year, I decided to gather them up and put every single red ornament on my sparse Christmas tree. I’m also sharing my twin Christmas trees decked out from head to toe in the most stunning vintage Shiny Brites. Come on in and see my vintage ornament Christmas trees.

This tree is new this year and I love how the sparse, airy trees leave room for showing off the ornaments.
I love using lots of the same thing together to make a big impact!
The imperfect red ornaments that have become worn over time really sparkle and shine under the lights.

Classic red and green goes from the tree to the mantel that is decked out in vintage Santa mugs.

Vintage red ornaments seem to find me! I have displayed them on a huge tray in the past but this year, I thought it would be fun to show them all off on one of my Christmas trees.

Here she is in the day time with the disco balls reflecting dots of light all over the room.
Do you notice anything out of place on the tree?
I get my girls a new ornament every Christmas so we hung the two ornaments among all the red ones.

Putting up these twin trees in my dining room brimming with all of my beautiful Shiny Brites is a tradition I don’t think I’ll ever change.
The three trees are all the same (sparse Noble Fir trees) except the dining room trees are flocked and the red ornament tree is not.

If I had to choose, I think the flocked trees are my favorite.
Unpacking my enormous collection of vintage ornaments is something I look forward to all year long.
Tip: I love using throw blankets as Christmas tree skirts!

Just some of my vintage ornament collection!
I do have to admit, packing the ornaments up when Christmas ends is not as much fun as putting them up!
But using the right ornament storage makes it easier and more enjoyable.

The removable trays are key to keeping organized and being able to see all of my ornaments at a glance.

Here’s to Christmas traditions and embracing vintage ornament Christmas trees.
