My Christmas decorating secret weapon is battery operated, remote control copper fairy lights! I just press a button and choose one of eight settings and the lights dance.
This is my favorite Christmas mantel of all time and I love the way my doodle houses look against the chalkboard background.

Thanks Lisa! I used sugar as “snow” in my lanterns but have used salt and epsom salts in the past too.
