I can’t resist a beautifully decorated mantel, especially at Christmas, so I gathered together 10 of the most stunning Christmas mantels from here to the North Pole. It’s an eclectic assortment with something for every taste and style. Get ready for a feast for your eyes!
An antique portrait is the centerpiece of Crown and Sparrow’s rustic, glam Christmas mantel. A gilded mirror, brass bells and candlesticks pair perfectly with white knit stockings and birch logs.
I love the way my friend Haneens Haven created this magical winter wonderland of a mantel with stockings made from Turkish rugs, beautiful bronze ornaments hanging from a naked tree branch and luscious velvet ribbon and brass bells cascading down the green garland.
Chunky brass bells mimic the color of an antique mirror on Toni Marianna’s mantel and a lone paper star is draped in twinkle lights for a simple yet festive look.
A black mantel provides a dramatic backdrop to green garland, gold stars and twinkling lights on Driftwood and Fern’s mantel. I love the glow of candles to mimic a roaring fire.
I love the wild and wispy look of this mixed greens garland and the cute little gingerbread houses and the varying heights of vintage brass candlesticks on Monica Hibbs mantel.
I believe this antique rocking horse is the star of Fishtail Cottage bedroom mantel and I love the mix of wood and ceramic trees not to mention the antique floral painting which adds even more interest.
All is merry and bright on The Handmade Home’s colorful and festive mantel. The hand lettering is so whimsical and I love how she mixed chalk stripes and polka dots plus I can never resist a giant disco ball!
Life’s Frostings layered lots of pom pom, tassel and green garlands to create a whimsical mantel paired with chunky stockings filled with the cutest little stuffed animals.
Alma of Almafied calls this her “quirky, eclectic Christmas mantel” and I love mix of wood, mercury glass and bottle brush trees finished off with a dried orange slice garland.
I look forward to Jen of Tatertots and Jello Christmas home all year long! Santa should don his white suit so he can get down and boogie by this disco themed mantel and tree!
I can’t write a post about Christmas mantels without including my gingerbread village mantel and I could not be happier with how it turned out.
I love coming up with a unique mantel idea every year and if you want to see all 12 of my Christmas mantels, make sure to check them out in this post here.
